Dream-on-FUS Timeline: Key Milestones and Planning

We are excited to share the detailed timeline and milestones for our research project on Focused Ultrasound (FUS) Blood-Brain Barrier (BBB) opening. Over the next few years, our team will work on defining safety thresholds, dose-response frameworks, and translational applications for both preclinical and human interventions.

The project is structured into two main phases:

🔹 Phase 1: Developing and validating a dose-response framework using non-human primates, focusing on acoustic dosing, imaging biomarkers, and proof-of-concept viral vector delivery.

🔹 Phase 2: Translating this framework to human studies, optimizing clinical protocols, PET imaging, and intervention strategies.
